Separate mobile number fields have been introduced for officials and, where relevant, parents/guardians, replacing the previously shared field.
The original shared field is no longer visible to assignors or administrators, so please ensure your mobile number is entered in the new official’s mobile number field to maintain accurate contact information.
With the rollout of new mobile number fields, it’s a good time to make sure your personal details are up to date. Take a look and update anything that’s changed!
** New Mobile Number Fields: **
- All officials can now enter their own mobile number along with a note field to provide context (e.g., texting/phoning preferences, preferred contact times, etc.).
- These fields are open to officials of all ages.
** For Officials Aged 17 and Under: **
- At least one parent or guardian mobile number is required.
- The official’s own mobile number is optional, as not all minors may have a personal device.
- A second parent/guardian number can also be added, but it’s optional.
- As with the official's mobile number, there are also notes for each parent/guaridan mobile number.
